Nelly got the whole world thinking Apple Bottom figures are to die for. Well he was right. The research team at Harvard Medical School found that girls with pear shaped bodies are are less at risk for diabetes type 2 and heart diseases, which means girls with apple bottoms figures are MORE at risk for diabetes and heart diseases. Some fat is good, but it depends on where the fat is. Pear shaped bodies have wider hips because more fat is stored on hips and thighs, but above the waist is fat free. Apple shape bodies have fat stored above and below the waistline. This is what FoxNews reported,

Buttock and hip fat may protect women against type 2 diabetes, researchers from Harvard Medical School found...People with the apple shape, where fat is stored around the tummy, can be more prone to type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Those with pear-shaped bodies, where fat is collected in the buttocks, are less likely to have these disorders.

In addition, pear shapes can become apple shapes, but apples shapes are hereditary and cannot morph into pear shapes. So you already know what that mean, get rid of the love handles, which is common sense. But if you think your booty too big, dont even trip, it just means your healthy. Rumors: White House Baby

There is a rumor circulating that First Lady Michelle Obama is preggo. I am not sure if it is true, but with the high rate of pregnancies currently, I would not be surprised. Everybody and they mama and them is/just had a baby LOL It could be just a rumor because there is nothing wrong with Michelle being pregnant, she is a grown married woman with 2 beautiful daughters and married to the President. So there is no reason to hide it, plus i saw Michelle sipping on some champagne during inauguration..Well if it is true hmmmm I wonder if its a boy, the next president??? Congrats!

Diddy has this video blog with the real D'Roc from the movie Notorious. D took the wrap for Big when police found his gun. D served 3 years for that. I was wondering what ever happened to him but it looks like he is doing good, hanging out with Diddy. Also, Diddy commented on the Lil Kim's image portrayed in the movie. Man Gets Fired And Kills His Entire Family

A 40 year old Californian man kills his family and himself because both him and his wife were fired from their hospital jobs. I know its the recession and times get hard but he didnt have to take away the lives of his children. The family were beautiful and blessed with 2 sets of twins, and an older sister. This is too sad. The father claims that the mother planned the whole thing out in a "suicide letter." Either way, they went through with their plan and killed their whole family because they didnt want to seek state assistance or help from family or friends.

“Why leave our children in someone else’s hands?” Lupoe wrote in his letter faxed to KABC-TV. The station posted the letter on its Web site with some parts redacted.The station called police after receiving the fax, and a police dispatch center also received a phone call from a man who stated, “I just returned home and my whole family’s been shot.” Police are unsure who the male caller was, but they suspect it was the father.Officers rushed to the home in Wilmington, a small community between the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and found the bodies.All the victims were shot in the head, some multiple times, coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter said. The killings may have occurred between Monday evening and early Tuesday, based on neighbours’ accounts of firecracker sounds, he said.Although the fax — addressed to “whom it may concern” and explaining “why we are dead” — asserted that the wife, Ana Lupoe, planned the killings of the whole family, police Lt. John Romero said Ervin Lupoe was the suspect. A revolver was found next to his body.

Notorious Lil Daughter

I watched the movie "Notorious," and was curious to know how his daughter T'yanna look now. She was a baby then, but now she has grown up (15) and she looks like her father. Awwwwww. And i didnt know this before, but that was his real son CJ(12) who played biggie as a kid in the movie. Did everyone like the movie, or did you expect more from it? I admit i expected more from it because it seems like there was more to be told about Biggie. I was expecting something that you cant google, ya feel me!

A Texas HS basketball team crushed their opponents by only allowing them to score 1 point. Even though, they played the game well and didnt allow feelings to interfere, they still was punished for doing so. Their coach was fired, and there has been bad press after the game. Some people believed the girls could have eased up on the points instead of running them up. Since when should teams get the easy way out if they are losing? Bad sportsmanship comes into play if the girls taunt their opponents for losing, which they didnt do. But to fire their coach, thats just wrong..What do you think?

Dude thought he can save the White race by killing Blacks

A 22 year old white male from Massachusetts went on a killing spree targeting any "non white" race. So far he killed 2 people, a man and woman. Another victim is in critical condition. He fled the scene and was pursued in a car chase, which led to him crashing and then arrested. He is being charged for numerous crimes: double homicide, aggravated rape, kidnapping, unlawful possession of weapon, resisting arrest, and firing at officers. He is being held with no bail.

According to papers filed in court, Luke said he had been planning to kill African-Americans, Hispanic and Jewish people and he had planned to go to a Jewish synagogue near his home that night and "kill as many Jews as possible on bingo night."

Luke of 1177 Pleasant St., Brockton, pleaded innocent to two counts of murder, kidnapping, aggravated rape and other charges in Brockton District Court Thursday morning. He was ordered held without bail.He told police in an interview after his Wednesday arrest that he purchased a 9mm handgun with 200 rounds of ammunition about six months ago outside Gilmore Academy on Clinton Street. He said he planned to kill himself after his killing spree.

This particular footage above was recorded by one of the bystanders who came to support President Obama. I contacted the duo, and they stated they pressed 300 cds and drove to DC to sale their latest Obama Edition CD. It was less than 30 degree's out there and to keep warm they came up with the idea to perform "Obama" in the middle of a small crowd, which escalated into a larger crowd. Drunken Negro Face Cookies???

Can someone please tell me what a drunken negro face is? Those cookies are an insult to the Black race. They are not funny, nor honorable at all. Those cookies look like a picaninny, which were used back in the day when black people weren't allowed to act or appear in films, so white actors painted their faces black, with bright red lips, to represent a black person.

According to Wikipedia, Pickaninny (also picaninny or piccaninny) is a term – generally considered derogatory – that in English usage refers to black children, or a caricature of them which is widely considered racist.

Obama Dolls!

The Obama Dolls were available a few days before inauguration day. However, Mommy is not happy about this because she doesn't like the idea of using her girls as part of a marketing plan. I agree with her, considering that the company, Ty inc who also distribute beanie babies, never asked for permission to make these dolls. Of course the dolls are going to bring in a lot of money, especially now that inauguration day has passed. But it would have been considerate to ask first, and if permission was denied, then just change the name at least. Where is the respect?
