A lost parrot that refused to speak to the police who rescued him opened right up when the cops turned him over to a vet, reciting his name and address as his owner had trained him to. "I tried to be friendly and talk to him," said police officer Shinjiro Uemura, "but he completely ignored me." One thing is for certain -- that parrot is no stool pigeon.
